What is the format of IT GIRL?
The format of IT GIRL is a combination of curated video teachings, community chats and support, bi-weekly calls, and expert guidance along the way. This is a longer container because that’s what serves the transformation required for this type of transformation. After 6 months, you can either continue or split. Totally up to you. Either way, you’ll come away with a ton of new skills to do life and YOU with.
What type of person is this program best suited for?
This program is best for women who are ready to commit and invest in themselves. A bit like a gym membership for your energy, insides, relationships, and boundaries in all your relationships, this program is best for a woman who is ready for change. The cool part is, you don’t have to put on a sports bra and drive to the gym. You can do this at your convenience, in your car on your lunch break, after you put your kids down or early on a Sunday morning walk before you get your day started. Women who are perfect for this program are women who have patterns of: codependency, struggle with communication or being “too much”, passive aggressive or just shut down. Women who have patterns of being a rescuer or always a victim of life… yes, this is for YOU! I’m very new when it comes to boundaries and I’m not great with communication. Will this be too advanced for me?
Nope! This program is designed for all levels. We start with the basics and the 101s… because who doesn’t need a refresher? And we build from there. Every woman is working with a different past, different patterns, different lifestyles and different challenges. The cool part about the work I do with women is that I am versed in all of the levels and if you’re even reading this right now and have gotten this far, chances are it’s for you. I work with the energy in the room, not the content or curriculum. My goal is to create teaching that you can hear and implement on your own terms. There is no pass or fail here. The teachings will reach you perfectly where you are.
I’m not a newbie when it comes to boundaries, communication and confidence stuff, will this be too basic?
Nope! Again, after working with women for well over a decade, I am an EXPERT at variety. I’ve never in my life heard that my teaching is “too basic.” If anything ever feels “too basic,” just make sure to be on a call and we can spotlight coach right there. You will feel the up-grade and potent medicine of it all right on the call. Let this work challenge you in all the right places, girl. It’s time. That’s why you’re here.
Will I get 1-1 feedback/attention from Katie?
You bet your ass you will. We have a ton of engagement and interaction in the program. Maybe that’s on the community chat, where I’ll pop in, or on our group calls where I’ll do 1:1 coaching spotlights, or catch me for a quick 1:1 private coaching session and you’ll have all of my attention. If you want my attention, all you have to do is show up!
How much time will this program take?
Around 1-2 hours per week. You can always add more if you’d like (depending on your engagement) but you can expect around 1-2 hours per week as an average. However, your life will begin to change when you start this work. So, your own personal relationships and the practice you put in there is another story. But that’s all part of your practice of self-mastery in action.
What makes this offer different from others like it?
Engagement with me, for starters. I’ve been told I put a ton of love, attention, care and time into my groups and the women invested with me. If you show up, you’ll get the lessons. Secondly, community. Community is a huge part of building confidence. Most of us try to study this stuff in isolation, by ourselves, separate of what could challenge us. I put you in an environment where you are exposed with safety, guidance and leadership so that you actually get to practice the skills you’re learning with witness and support.
